What is life coaching?
Coaching is about getting the very best out of someone and enabling them to make decisions that will improve their life.
How and where does it take place?
Coaching is extremely versatile. Much depends on the client's preferences. Individual sessions are held that typically last between 30 minutes to 1 hour. They can take place in an office, coffee shop, over the phone or via Skype. The coach is trained to guide the client in a journey of self-discovery through the use of the right questions. Coaches assess what the problem is and then help the client to do something about it in a time-limited way.
